McMinnville Field Use Guidelines

Field Checklist for MJBO Coaches and Parent Volunteers for pre-game and post-game field maintenance.

• All equipment put away, bases, plugs put in, mound stored.
• Make sure infield and home plate is raked out. 
• Make note of fuel can level and contact MJBO field and facilities coordinator when getting low.
• Notify of any issues with lawnmower.
• Notifiy of any damage to the field or equipment.
• Make sure players and parent volunteers pick up trash from dugout and field.
• Lock porta-pot, storage rooms, and containers.
• MJBO understands that equipment will be damaged and worn out; we ask you to take care of the equipment as it if were your own.
