Following the Initial try-out process players may be invited to additional workout(s) to further evaluate their skills and ultimately determine which level they will be assigned to. Supplemental evaluations are held after the regular MJBO tryouts and are overseen by the Division Coordinator.  Players being invited to additional workouts will be identified by their tryout number. All communication regarding supplemental tryouts times and locations will be communicated through email and/or the leagues website www.macjbo.com.

Within each Grade Division, Junior Baseball teams are separated by the relative skill level of the players; Federal, American and National. The primary goal in creating the MJBO evaluation protocol is to insure that all players will be fairly and equally evaluated, drafted into a level of play that is commensurate with their most current baseball skill level. MJBO works diligently to conduct player/team drafts consistently throughout all divisions and skill levels.
